Passionate community builder with 15 years of experience in live events and live music, 5 years of experience hosting & planning weekly open mic events, and 1.5 years of experience event planning at a non-profit. Through strong interpersonal and social media communication skills, I turn customers into teammates and am responsible for a burgeoning 200% increase in turnout at Park Theatre Foundation's weekly Park Theatre Open Mic events.

• Increased Park Theatre's weekly open mic turnout by 200% in less than 18 months.

• Developed a blossoming quarterly junior open mic event aka 'PTOM Junior' for performers/artists under 21.

• Collaborated with the Ottawa County Fair to bring Park Theatre Open Mic to the fair in 2022 and beyond.

• Developed a successful monthly karaoke night at Holland's historic Park Theatre.
